		<description>It is clear that whilst 2010 will not be easy, we have to remain focussed and positive.
As the owner of a temporary recruitment business in Kent, my very existence depends on clients getting busier and being in need of our services. Remember, statistics are made &quot;good reading&quot; or &quot;bad reading&quot; by the person who is trying to influence us. We need to think for ourselves, work smart, be prudent with our cost control but look for new and better ways to live.
Job cuts are always part of a recession, but recruitment agencies are often a good way to re enter the work place.</description>

		<description>The scrappage scheme tends to give the idea that a damaged vehicle over 10 years old will automatically be worth £2000. Will this apply to a 10 year old lada with flat tyres and broken windows, i doubt it.
